You receive your Certificate of Completion once all six modules, the practice activities, the assignment and the moderation activity are complete. We verify and release it, usually within 3 working days, and email you when it is ready. Check your status any time on the Help page.

I bought the bundle. When does Moderator open?

Training of Trainers, Assessor Training and Moderator Training are all open, so bundle buyers get all three as soon as payment is confirmed; earlier buyers are enrolled automatically.

Can my organisation enrol a team?

Request a quote or invoice for your team in your organisation's name (PO and VAT no. supported). After payment, HR uploads the staff list and each person gets their own access; HR receives the roster and progress.

Is this a BQA qualification?

Moderator Training is step 3 of the trainer → assessor → moderator pathway that many institutions require. CoreKnowledge is a BQA-accredited training provider (no. 0019). Registration and accreditation decisions are made by BQA itself.

Do I need Assessor Training first?

Moderators check assessors' work, so assessment experience helps. Many learners take Training of Trainers and Assessor Training first; the BQA pathway bundle (all three courses) is P6,000.

What do I need?

A phone, tablet or computer with internet access, and ideally an assessment from your own work to practise moderating.

Can you train us at our premises?

Yes. Use “Book in-house”, give two or three preferred dates, the town and the number of delegates (minimum 5). In-house training is always quoted first.
