The questions clients ask most

When do I get my certificate and transcript?

You receive your Certificate of Completion and transcript once all modules, deliverables and your 30-day plan are complete. We verify and release them, usually within 3 working days, and email you when they are ready. Check your status any time on the Help page.

How much does it cost?

Self-paced courses from P1,500; see each course page. Most courses are P2,500 per course, self-paced online (COP Short-Term Insurance P1,500, COP Long-Term Insurance P1,950). TOT + Assessor bundle (2 courses) P4,000; Assessor & Moderator Combo (one combined course) P4,000; BQA pathway bundle (TOT + Assessor + Moderator, 3 courses) P6,000. Groups of 5 or more, face to face or in-house: request a quote.

How long is the course?

About 35 hours of learning, the equivalent of a 5-day course. Self-paced learners usually finish in 2 to 4 weeks; blended and face-to-face run over 5 days.

Are you BQA-accredited?

Yes. CoreKnowledge is a BQA-accredited training provider (no. 0019). All three steps of the Trainer → Assessor → Moderator pathway are open now; registration and accreditation decisions are made by BQA.

How do I pay?

Request your invoice on the course page: it opens on screen and is emailed instantly. Pay by EFT or cash deposit using the invoice number as reference, then upload your proof of payment on your order status page. Card payment is coming soon.

When do you onboard me?

As soon as your payment is confirmed. Upload your proof of payment on your order status page; we verify it (usually within 1 working day) and your sign-in link arrives by email automatically.

Which payment methods do you accept?

EFT or bank deposit (cash or cheque at the bank) using your invoice number as reference. Card payment is coming soon. Organisations can pay against a quote or invoice in their name.

Can I get a quote?

Yes. Press Request a quote on the course page: your quote PDF opens on screen and is emailed instantly, valid for 30 days. Accept it online when you are ready and your invoice follows at once.

Can I get the materials (digital or printed)?

Yes. Digital notes, templates and slides are inside the course. The TOT Course Text is available as a digital book (view online) or printed, with courier delivery or collection; request it from our shop.

Is it online, in-house or face to face?

All three. Self-paced online from P1,500 (each course page shows its price; start any time, any device), or face to face and in-house for groups of 5 or more, priced by quote. Every option includes the online course and certificate.

Can my organisation enrol a team?

Yes. Request a quote or invoice for your team in your organisation’s name (PO and VAT no. supported). After payment, HR uploads the staff list and each person gets their own access; HR receives the roster and progress.
